摘要:
高端人才的数量和质量在很大程度上影响和决定了一个地区核心竞争力的高低。从分析榕、鹭、泉三地高端人才的现状入手,构建出基于海峡西岸经济区视角下的榕、鹭、泉三地高端人才共享机制,并打造机制运作的五个平台,以加快海峡西岸经济区的发展。
Abstract:
The quantity and quality of strategic staffs influence and decide the core competitiveness of one area to a great degree. The paper starts with the analysis of status about the strategic staffs in the place of Rong, Lu, and Quan, and builds up the sharing mechanism of strategic staffs in the place of Rong, Lu, and Quan from the perspective of the economic zone on the west side of straits. Then five platforms of mechanism operation are established so as to accelerate the development of economic zone on the west side of the straits.
