摘要:
依据“S-O-R”应激模式,采用“生活应激量表”、“防御机制量表”和“心理健康量表”对2002—2009级大学生共29 371人进行逐年普查,并运用SPSS统计处理数据,采取AOMS拟合结构方程模型,以探索大学生在“生活应激-防御机制-心理危机”过程中自我防御机制的中介调节效应。最终得出结果:大学生生活应激源直接诱发心理危机,其中自我防御机制还间接调节心理危机;大学生“忍受与升华、遗忘与超越、宣泄与幽默”等积极自我防御机制对心理危机产生显著负效应(总方差解释率32.5%),“压抑和屈服”的消极自我防御机制对心理危机产生显著正效应(总方差解释率10.5%)。指出:在大学生心理危机干预管理中,“升华”主导的积极防御机制是防止心理危机的保护因子,“屈服”主导的消极防御机制是诱发心理危机的危险因子;建议通过大学生心理健康教育,减少生活应激源,强化积极防御机制,弱化消极防御机制,最终缓解和防止心理危机的发生。
Abstract:
According the S-O-R stress reaction model, different questionnaires like “the table of life stress reaction”, “ the table of defense mechanism” and “ the table of mental health” are applied to the annual survey among 29371 students. fram grade 2002 to grade 2009 With SPSS statistics system used in handling the data, AOMS fitting structure equation model is adopted in order to explore the students’ intermediate adjustment effect of ego defense mechanism in the process from life stress reaction to defense mechanism and then to mental crisis. Based on the above survey, it is concluded that students’ life stress origin directly causes psychological crisis, but ego defense mechanism can indirectly adjust psychological crisis; that students’ positive ego defense mechanism like “bearing and sublimation, forgetfulness and transcendence, and releasing and humor” can cause negative effect on the psychological crisis (32.5% of the whole variance), while some negative ego defense mechanism like “depression and yielding” has obviously positive effect on the psychological crisis (10.5% of the whole variance). At last, it is pointed out that in the interruption of students’ psychological crisis, the active defense mechanism dominated by sublimation is the protective factor to prevent the mental crisis, and the negative defense mechanism led by yielding is the dangerous factor to cause psychological crises. Therefore, mental or psychological health education for students are suggested so as to reduce the life stress source, strengthen positive defense mechanism, weaken the negative defense mechanism, and finally relieve and prevent the occurrence of psychological crisis.
